We had a great time at Quilt Market in Portland, but now it’s time to dive into summer! We have some wonderful collections that are currently in shops, and some that will be delivered over the coming months, so here is our Summer Sneak Preview!
Classical Elements has just started arriving in the quilt shops. It is a neutral collection that combines contemporary designs with both beige and silver colorings. We love the subtle impact it carries.
Corey Yoder designed this “Mod Twist” quilt for us that cleverly folds fabrics for a fascinating three-dimensional take on modern. It may look difficult, but it’s really just fancy strip sewing!
You can download this now from our Free Pattern page.
Flower Drops
starts shipping to quilt shops next month.
These bold fabrics have a Mexican flair to them and look like they were
hand painted.
Nancy Mahoney created this wonderful “Fiesta!” quilt, and we will have the pattern for you next month.
August brings the most amazing floral collection, Always Blooming by Susy Pilgrim
Waters. The dominant panel is a fantasy
floral landscape, and it is supported by blocks of flowers in running yardage.
The colors are so intense and bright, they are almost beyond
belief! We will have three free quilt
patterns, but Elizabeth Allocco’s quilt best shows off the main panel. Look for these patterns at the end of the
summer.
Early fall brings the introduction of our first digital fabric collection (more about that later!) The fine detail and range of hues make the most of Danielle Donaldson’s wonderful artwork in Wander Blossoms.
Here is a block from the upcoming quilt pattern. This collection premieres in September. We look forward to showing you more over the summer!
